Dedicated Funds

You can help maintain the religious, educational and cultural programs of our temple community by a contribution in honor, or in memory, of a loved one, which would be deeply appreciated. Please consider these funds for future contributions.

Adult Education

Supports and supplements Jewish educational programs for adults in the congregation.

Board Training/Leadership Development

Provides funds to supplement the cost of seminars, conferences and training which are valuable for the growth and education of temple leadership.

Brotherhood

Supports both the activities of the Brotherhood and the temple by providing additional goods and services for projects that enhance our synagogue and congregational life

Caring Community

Reaches out to members during times of need, such as a family death, illness, or unemployment; cheer hospitalized members and welcome new babies; and offer assistance to our senior members.

Ceremonial Objects

Helps purchase ritual objects to beautify the temple or enhance temple life.

Facility Improvements

Provides funding for special beautification or enhancement projects within the synagogue and/or the grounds that may be outside the budget of our regular operating fund.

Hanukkah Mishpacha Appeal

Provides supplemental financial resources to the temple for on-going support extended to members in need for membership dues and school tuitions.

Jewish Camp

Helps families to send their children to over-night Jewish camps.

Library

Purchases books for Beth Tikvah's library.

Music

Provides for the musical enrichment and enjoyment of the congregation.

Prayer Book

Purchases the congregation's Shabbat and Festival prayer books.

Rabbi Emeritus Gary Huber's Discretionary Fund

Supports rabbinic study and enables contributions to worthy causes selected by Rabbi Huber.

Rabbi Richard Kellner's Discretionary Fund

Supports rabbinic study and enables contributions to worthy causes selected by Rabbi Kellner.

Religious School

Provides support for innovative programs not covered by operating funds, purchases audio-visual and technology equipment, and underwrites supplemental student activities.

Renewal 2011 Project

Provides unpledged support for the Renewal 2011 building project.

Senior Programming Initiative

Provides supplementary funding for Beth Tikvah Senior Programming.

Sisterhood

Supports both the activities of the Sisterhood and the temple by providing additional goods and services for projects that enhance our synagogue and congregational life.

Sisterhood Y.E.S. Fund

This fund goes directly to the Women of Reform Judaism to help support the ongoing education and support provided to strengthen the Reform Judaism movement.

Social Action

Supports the social action goals and programs of the congregation.

Special Events and Bima Flowers

Provides floral arrangements and refreshments for Shabbat services and other ceremonial occasions.

Wish List

The Wish List provides very special items beyond our budget for the enhancement of temple life or service to membership.

Youth Activities

Provides scholarships to NFTY-OVR events and other worthy youth group activities.
