RABBI HUBER’S ADULT EDUCATION CLASS:

HASIDIC TALES RETOLD: A GUIDE FOR YOUR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

In this class we will read and reflect on the legendary tales of the impassioned Hasidic rebbes of the 18th-19th centuries.  The lives and teachings of these profound and enigmatic spiritual masters from Eastern Europe offer great insights for modern Jews.  Each Hasidic tale is a spiritual gem, often in the form of a parable or allegory that can be retold for a modern audience.  As always, our text study will be accompanied by much lively class discussion.  There is no charge for the class, but each student will need to purchase a copy of Martin Buber’s Ten Rungs: Collected Hasidic Sayings,  Please consider using Beth Tikvah’s Amazon Smile.  Please note that while this is a continuation of our Fall class, attendance at that class is in no way a requirement for this class.  All are welcome!

Please register for the class by calling the office, 614-885-6286.
