Chicken SOUPer Bowl Sock Hop

Our rabbis taught that the temple was built from the generous gifts from every member of the community. The building of the temple was dependent on the good will donations of all of our ancestors. This is also true of our temple community today. The selfless commitment of Beth Tikvah members enables us to build on our values of community, prayer, learning and the pursuit of justice. All of our members are grateful to each donor so that we can support ongoing programs, and create new and meaningful programs as well. Each generous donation helps to enrich the experience of every Beth Tikvah member. Throughout the year we have many opportunities to participate in development efforts.

Our generous members have supported these families in their times of needs by giving to our annual Hanukkah Mishpacha Fund, attending our event fundraisers, contributing to our Sustaining Members fund, and much more.

Ongoing Ways to help

Sustaining Sponsorship

Each year, our members have the opportunity to pay a higher dues amount when they renew their membership at Beth Tikvah. The Sustaining Sponsor level helps offset the costs of operating our temple and allows families who cannot pay full dues to retain membership at Beth Tikvah. You can become a Sustaining Sponsor by increasing your dues on your annual membership renewal form. Please call the temple administrator for additional questions.

Hanukkah Mishpacha Appeal

At the end of each year, our Board of Trustees sends a Mishpacha Appeal to each household and asks for support. The appeal is to cover the shortfalls that we anticipate each year from families on reduced dues and reduced tuition in the religious school program. Each family is asked to give, no amount is too small. You can participate in the Mishpacha Appeal by sending in your contribution in December each year.

Dedicated Funds

Throughout the year projects, programs, scholarships, and building needs arise and need funding sources. These are projects and events outside of the normal budgeting year and have either come unexpectedly or been planned as one time events and programs. We offer a host of dedicated funds to suit your desires. These funds are placed into accounts and only spent for the specific purpose stated by each account. Making a contribution to a dedicated fund in honor or memory of a loved one is a meaningful and thoughtful way to ensure the dynamic and diverse program offerings that Beth Tikvah has.
