Debbie is responsible for the coordination of all events within the temple and congregational membership. She also coordinates the management and supervision of the administrative and custodial personnel and functions. In addition, Debbie is responsible for the management of our building’s maintenance, safety, and security.
She serves as the central administrator of the Temple ensuring implementation of policies, procedures, and decisions of the clergy, temple officers, Board of Trustees, and committees.

Miranda Weisbuch – Ph: 614.885.6286 ext. 19
Miranda works closely with the Executive Director and Temple Treasurer to ensure that our monthly financial records are correct. She is responsible for all bookkeeping tasks, including contribution maintenance and reports, which incorporates all payments and contributions from members and other donors as well as reconciling our monthly payroll, taxes and workers compensation payments. Miranda works directly with the Executive Director to develop our annual income budget lines and the annual membership forms.

As receptionist, Joanne is our official greeter. She serves as administrative support to the Temple Administrator and Rabbi as well as and providing general support within the office. She handles incoming and outgoing mail and is responsible for managing temple events and making reservations.
Youth Engagement Director & Religious School Administrator
Marc Hochhauser – Ph: 614.885.6286 ext. 25
With a background in education and Jewish camp programming, Marc Hochhauser works closely with Morissa Freiberg, providing administrative support and coordinating and planning for Religious School events and programming. He is also responsible for organizing and leading programming with and for Beth Tikvah youth, including the BethTY and Jr. BethTY youth groups. Marc provides guidance in youth engagement, seeking to truly innovate and invigorate all aspects of Beth Tikvah’s youth programming, from tots to teens and everything in between!
Communications Manager & Assistant to the Executive Director

Felicity creates weekly “News from Beth Tikvah” emails to members, produces monthly “Tikvah Topics” newsletters, manages the Congregation Beth Tikvah Facebook Page, Instagram, and Twitter, and maintains the membership database. With a Master’s in Journalism-Public Relations from Kent State University, her goal is to engage the community with communications that increase a sense of togetherness and honor Beth Tikvah’s vision to empower people to live and learn Jewishly and make the world a better place.
